I know that it is common for WGs to have wish lists etc. but today I received a very thoughtful bag of red fruit and vegetables and red items.It is considered auspicious to give a Devadasi something red, and I have received small red items. However my client this afternoon really amazed me !!!
As well as paying me he turned up with a bag of different red fruit and vegetables including some very tasty cherries. I was so impressed and pleased.
A small thoughtful gift is much appreciated and can be far more impressive than something more expensive.
Anyway I was very grateful to receive such a variety of items.
